I know why you’re here … on my website. Well, I think I do.

Can I take a guess?

You’re a high performing leader - and you feel like there’s got to be more to a successful, meaningful career than what’s happening for you right now. Either you’re frustrated with your team’s lack of unity, or you feel it may be time for a job search for you.

I know, because I’ve worked with leaders JUST LIKE YOU throughout my career.

20 years ago… I was leading HR in the corporate world, working with executives and managers every day who cared about people and wanted to lead high performing teams, but they were caught up in the day-to-day challenges in the workplace.

I was interviewing and hiring hundreds of people per year - and I watched MANY great leaders COMPLETELY BOMB their interviews or spin their wheels doing the wrong things in the job search.

As a human … I just wanted to personally call each leadership candidate after the interview and help them NOT undersell themselves. I wanted to tell them exactly what to do to land that dream position.

But as an HR Manager and recruiter … I legally couldn’t do any of that.

So, in 2009, after 10 years in HR ... coaching executives, developing managers, and launching a corporate university for Fortune 500 companies, I decided it was time to step out and start my own company. (Scary right? But guess what - it was the best risk of my life - and it taught me how I can help others take calculated steps to stretch out of their comfort zone!)

Superior Career Solutions, Inc was born … combining my passion for people, HR expertise, and my desire to help people step into their true potential.

I do this work because I believe in the power of people. The power given from our Creator that lies within each of us - to change our organization, our team, and our world - for the better.

I do it because we live in a world that says, “You’ll be happy when…” (when you have that fancy job title, the bigger house, the perfect schedule, the famous award). And the truth is, we already have access to that acclaimed success we seek. We just need to learn how to utilize it! Whether you’re rebuilding your team - or rebuilding your own career - what you need, is already within you.

And that’s where my obsession began … in helping people to see their own value and proactively manage their careers from a place of abundance and growth.

My Why

To say I’m passionate about personal development would be an understatement. I’m typically reading at least 3 books and I have a long list of leadership podcasts in my cue. (Ask me about my current favs!)

On a Personal Note

Outside of being the CEO of Superior Career Solutions … I’m a wife, mom and bonus mom to four, and a Christ-follower.

Inclusiveness, curiosity, honesty, and connection with others are some of my core values.

I love art, live music, hiking, kayaking, cuddling with our two doodles, and playing board games with our family. Fun fact: I don’t drink coffee (crazy, I know).

My husband is active duty for the Air National Guard - we deeply appreciate our country and our veterans.

And…. if I could have any job in the world, it would be doing THIS! Truly. I love helping successful leaders make a bigger difference in the world. Whether we work together or not, I’m glad that you are here. God has a purpose for your life!
